We are looking for friendly, self-motivated individuals with excellent people skills to help provide an outstanding customer experience in our Service Department.
The Service Advisor would be responsible for the following duties:
Greet and assist internal and walk-in customers in a timely, friendly manner while obtaining vehicle information.
Write up vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
Provide cost estimates for labor and parts, establish “promised times”, and obtain customers signatures on the repair order.
Follow-up with customers and internal departments with any changes in the estimate, promised time, or with additional repairs needed.
Review repair orders to ensure completion and close them as needed.
Explain completed work and all charges to customer and secure satisfaction regarding their experience.
